Who we are and what we provide

RamalamaWalk is operated by Ramalama Walk. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Upload one authorized photo of yourself or another consenting adult, choose a preset costume or your own outfit, and we render a short, silent, vertical 9:16 video. Our fixed costume walk template shows a low-angle walk, a rising camera, and a costume reveal. We animate your authorized photo using a template; we do not insert a person's likeness into existing videos or permit impersonation.

Eligibility and photo permissions

You must be at least 18 years old. Every person shown in an uploaded photo must also be at least 18. You warrant that you have the rights to upload and use the photo and the informed permission of anyone shown. Do not upload public figures or use the service to impersonate another person.

Permission to process your files

You grant Ramalama Walk and its service providers a limited license to store, process, and transform your photo and deliver your video, only as needed to provide the service, handle support, and enforce our policies. This does not transfer ownership of your photo. We do not train our own models on user photos.

Your output and AI limitations

As between you and Ramalama Walk, you retain ownership of your photo and own any rights we may have in your generated output, for your personal use, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. AI outputs may not qualify for copyright protection. We do not promise exclusive or legally protectable results.

Videos are AI-generated. They may contain visual errors, unexpected details, or differences from your photo or selected outfit. Do not present them as real footage. You are responsible for how you use and share them.

Prices and payment

Single videos start at $4.99 depending on resolution. Checkout is available to guests without an account. our payment processor (Waffo Pancake) acts as merchant of record and handles payments under its checkout terms. Review the total shown at checkout before paying.

If generation fails, we do not retry automatically. Eligible failed walks are restored to your order. Contact support@ramalamawalk.com if restoration is missing or you need help with a single-video refund request. See our Refund Policy.

File deletion

Photos and videos are automatically deleted after 72 hours. You can delete them earlier from the result page. Download any video you want to keep before deletion. See our Privacy Policy for information about other records.

Service restrictions

We may refuse a request or remove content that violates these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Availability and generation times can vary.

Independent website

RamalamaWalk is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the song's artists or record labels, TikTok, or the creators who started the trend.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. Ramalama Walk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
