Who handles your information

What we collect

• The photo you upload and the video generated from it.
• Your selected costume or outfit and the information needed to track generation and deliver the result.
• Order information received through our payment processor (Waffo Pancake), such as an order reference, purchase amount, payment status, and checkout contact details provided to us. Checkout does not require an account.
• Information you send when requesting support or a refund.
• Basic analytics, such as page visits, device or browser information, and service errors. Photos and generated videos are not included in analytics.

Why we use it

We use this information to generate and deliver your video, process orders, retry failed generation, provide refunds or restore walks, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and understand service performance.

Service providers

We share information needed to perform these tasks with an AI video provider that processes your photo to generate the video, cloud storage providers that hold your files, and our payment processor (Waffo Pancake), our payment processor and merchant of record. Payment details are handled through its checkout. Basic analytics providers receive usage information without your photos or videos.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when needed to protect users and enforce our policies. We do not sell your photos or videos. We do not train our own models on user photos.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded photos and generated videos are automatically deleted after 72 hours. You can delete them earlier from the result page. Download your video before deletion if you want to keep it.

Order and support records are separate from media files. We retain them as needed to handle payments, refunds, disputes, and legal recordkeeping requirements. our payment processor (Waffo Pancake) may retain payment records under its own privacy policy and legal obligations.

Your choices

Use the result page to delete your files early. You can also contact support@ramalamawalk.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Include your order reference if available; do not send another copy of your photo. We may need to verify your request and retain records required by law.

Adults only

The service is for adults aged 18 or older, and photos must show only adults. If you believe a minor's information was submitted, contact support@ramalamawalk.com so we can investigate and remove it.
